Nair Manuel is an Enrolled Agent and IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) with over 20 years of bookkeeping experience and a decade of experience in professional tax preparation. Originally from Luanda, Angola, she has lived in Miami, Florida since 2010 and brings a global perspective to U.S. tax compliance and planning.

Nair began her career as a bookkeeper in 2002 and transitioned into tax preparation in 2015, working with individuals, businesses, and nonprofits to navigate complex tax regulations and achieve accurate, compliant results. As a Certifying Acceptance Agent, she is authorized by the IRS to assist foreign nationals with ITIN applications, identity verification, and related compliance matters—an area where precision and trust are critical.

She holds a Master of Science in Accounting and an MBA in International Business from Nova Southeastern University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Barry University. Nair is also a Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) and Certified Accounting Paraprofessional (CAP). Her professional focus includes corporate, nonprofit, and international taxation, with particular strength in expatriate and cross-border matters. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and works with clients worldwide.

For Nair, tax accounting is not simply a profession—it is a passion. As she often says, “I love working with numbers and helping clients get their fair share back during tax season.” Her work has been recognized with multiple awards, including being named a Top Virtual Tax Preparer in 2021 and 2022.

Outside of work, Nair values time with her husband and their daughter. She enjoys reading, visiting museums and parks, and maintaining a strong balance between professional excellence and family life.

Monica brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Head Paralegal. With a career spanning both mid-sized and large law firms, she has developed a deep understanding of complex legal processes and a proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads. Her extensive background includes years of experience in various practice areas, such as corporate law, real estate, and first-party property insurance claims, providing invaluable support to attorneys and clients alike.

As a former foreign attorney, Monica offers a unique perspective on international and cross-border legal matters. Her dual experience as an attorney abroad and as a paralegal in the U.S. legal system equips her to handle intricate cases with a global dimension.

In her role, Monica excels at coordinating with attorneys, overseeing case preparation, managing compliance requirements, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of legal operations. Her dedication, organizational skills, and ability to streamline processes make her an integral part of the team.

With a commitment to delivering exceptional service and a passion for supporting clients through complex legal challenges, Monica embodies professionalism and leadership in the field of legal support.
